30/10 Annie @ Empire State Pride Agenda Fall Dinner
Anne Hathaway lights up the room at the Empire State Pride Agenda Fall Dinner in New York City on Thursday (October 22). The actress, who wore a Marc Jacobs dress and Roger Vivier clutch, was honored with the rest of her family with the Douglas W. Jones Leadership Award for their continued support of New York’s LGBT community, lobbying for marriage equality and working to defeat Prop 8 in California. Anne was also spotted out on October 23 with boyfriend Adam Shulman as they left Patricia Field in New York City. She carried a Salvatore Ferragamo hobo bag. Thanks to JustJared for this info!

06/06 Hathaway strikes a chord for Shulman
Hollywood star Anne Hathaway is teaching herself how to play the guitar using video tutorials online – so she can serenade her boyfriend, actor Adam Shulman. The Devil Wears Prada actress learned to play The Beatles’ 1968 song Blackbird as a special birthday present for her new love, who turned 28 on April 02. She says, “For my boyfriend’s birthday I learned how to play a song for him. I’d never heard the song before and he played it for me. It’s the Beatles song Blackbird. And so I studied it for a while and then I learned how to play it.” And Hathaway, 26, showed off her limited guitar skills on U.S TV on Monday (June 01) when she was challenged by comedian/presenter Jimmy Fallon on his Late Night programme to play something for the audience. She added, “I know how to play two songs, Blackbird and this other song. I learned this off the internet, literally learned from YouTube lessons – how to play guitar. I am almost done with the first one! So I learned this song, I got the chords online but I’m not very good at it.”

Anne Hathaway shows off her sexy side with a short denim dress and hot pink scarf as she walks with boyfriend Adam Shulman, in Downtown Manhattan with her dog in tow on April 24. The 26-year-old actress will be a presenter for the 2009 Obie Awards at Webster Hall in New York City on May 18th. The awards ceremony honors both Off-Broadway and Off-Off-Broadway productions. 24/04 Hathaway, Shatner and Bratt lead Prism Awards
Anne Hathaway, William Shatner and Benjamin Bratt were among the winners at the 2009 Prism Awards, honouring Hollywood productions which raise awareness of drug-related issues. The Los Angeles ceremony, which took place on Thursday (April 23), saw Hathaway praised for her role in Rachel Getting Married, in which she played a troubled drug addict. Shatner was honoured for an episode of hit TV show Boston Legal, and Bratt was lauded for a multi-episode storyline on The Cleaner. Several TV shows were also praised for accurate portrayals of mental health and addiction themes, including King of the Hill, Law & Order: SVU, and The Office.

Arriving on a flight from New York City, Anne Hathaway was spotted at LAX International Airport on April 15.
