The 27-year-old actress confesses she has no fear about getting naked on screen and found working getting naked on her new movie Love & Other Drugs – about a Viagra salesman who falls for a woman with a dark secret – with Jake Gyllenhaal was a “loving and open experience”. She said: “I don’t think there’s anything wrong with nudity in film, and I would hope that any actor that is asked to reveal that part of themselves has as loving and open experience as we had.” Hathaway and Gyllenhaal had long discussions about the decision to get naked on the Ed Zwick-directed movie, and decided to leave themselves in his hands because she trusted him not to be “exploitative”. She told MTV News: “Jake and I talked about it and we talked with Ed about it and we said, ‘You know, we’re gonna do what we feel comfortable. Let’s talk about why we feel this is important. Let’s talk about the story we hope to tell through these scenes.’ “Then once we kind of decided how we feel about it, we said, ‘Ed, please shoot it as you see fit,’ knowing that Ed is not an exploitative person. “At the end, we were shown the scenes that Ed had cut and we were given full license to say, ‘I don’t like this, I do like this, I think this shot feels a little linger-y to me.’ As a result, it became this organic process.”

Releasing their forecasts and discussing pressing issues, the IMF’s latest World Economic Outlook wasn’t the rosiest – as it was estimated that 210 million people across the globe are unemployed, which makes for an increase of more than 30 million since 2007.

Director Lone Scherfig (An Education) had high praise for Anne. “She has a vast range that is extraordinary, and I was very grateful that she wanted to do it,” the director told USA Today. “We had a great collaboration and both cried when we had to say goodbye.”
